GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM B25L

GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM B25L by Black Swan Graphene is a high‐performance 10% graphene nanoplatelet that acts as a filler. It enhances tensile strength and elasticity, resulting in a weight reduction of up to 25%. It is used in several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers and applications such as fan- & conveyer belts, mobile phone- & cable covers, consumer goods and footwear.

• It is supplied in masterbatch form as 5% loaded in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which increases some mechanical properties up to 30%.
• It is manufactured using liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3%wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion.
• GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM B25L recommended dosage leve is 5-20% in the final product.
