Baerolub® AID 2201

Baerolub® AID 2201 by Baerlocher is a polymer processing aid (PPA) for blown film, wire & cable. It is free of PFAS and siloxanes. It offers fastest time to clear the melt fracture in metallocene LLDPE. It can also reduce die build-up and extruder pressure. It helps in smooth transition from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

• It is cost-competitive and is compatible with other additives used in film, such as anti-block or slip agents.
• It is soluble in the polymer matrix so it provides better haze performance than insoluble PFAS-containing PPAs and excellent control of frost line height.
