Baerolub L-PL by Baerlocher acts as an internal lubricant. It reduces the frictional forces occurring between the PVC molecule chains, thus reducing melt viscosity. It results in low release PVC-metal and improved surface gloss. It helps to achieve excellent transparency even at high dosages and do not tend to exudate, which helps optimizing welding, gluing, and printing properties of the final product. Baerolub L-PL is used in hollow articles. Baerolub L-KO by Baerlocher is a paraffin wax. It serves as an external lubricant for conversion modes that are both rigid and flexible. It lessens internal friction and wall adhesion. Surface shine is not favorably affected by it. It has several applications which include hollow items, extrusion, injection molding, and calendaring. Baerolub FTA by Baerlocher is an external lubricant. It offers excellent processibility and dispersibility. It reduces the adhesion between PVC and metal surfaces. Recommended dosage rate of Baerolub FTA is 0.2-0.4 phr. Baerolub 72 O by Baerlocher is low VOC modified hydrocarbon. Acts as a viscosity depressant. It has high flash point and improves mould release behaviour. It is used in processing of PVC plastisols. The recommended dosage is 30.0-10.0 phr. Baerolub L-AK by Baerlocher is N,N’-ethylene distearamide-based external lubricant. It is suitable for conversion modes that are both rigid and flexible.<br>

It lessens the friction that PVC molecular chains experience. For extrusion and injection molding, it is advised. It is applied to hollow objects. The use of Baerolub PA-L in contact with food is permitted. Baerolub PA Special by Baerlocher is oxidized PE (polyethylene) wax-based lubricant. It has excellent metal releasing characteristics and is quite effective. Baerolub PA Special is suitable for calendering applications. Baerolub L-PM by Baerlocher is used as an internal and external lubricant for rigid and flexible conversion modes. Reduce friction occuring between molecule chains of PVC. Used in hollow articles. Baerolub® AID 2202 by Baerlocher is PFAS and siloxanes free polymer processing aid (PPA) for blown film, wire & cable. It helps in smooth transition from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). It provides excellent melt clearing times compared to traditional PPAs. It can also reduce die build-up and extruder pressure.<br>
