ACH Si-SUL-1891 by Achiewell is a coupling agent for sulfur cured rubber, polyurethanes and metal oxide-cured elastomers. It improves mineral-filled elastomer properties including modulus, tensile & tear strength, heat buildup, resilience, compression set and cure time.
- It offers enhanced abrasion resistance and reduced bloom properties.
- It chemically bonds reinforcing minerals such as silica, clay, mica and talc to the polymer matrix.
- ACH Si-SUL-1891 is used to produce shoe soles, rubber rollers & wheels, white sidewalls, wire and cable insulation with lower silane loadings.
- It can be also used as a pretreatment on minerals or added at time of compounding.
