ACH SN104 by Achiewell is an alkyl phenol ethoxylate-free, non-ionic surfactant. It provides excellent wetting under static & dynamic conditions and foam control in waterborne systems.<br>

<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.1-3.0% of total formulation.</li>
<li>ACH SN104 has a shelf life of 5 years.</li></ul> ACH Si-SUL-1891 by Achiewell is a coupling agent for sulfur cured rubber, polyurethanes and metal oxide-cured elastomers. It improves mineral-filled elastomer properties including modulus, tensile & tear strength, heat buildup, resilience, compression set and cure time.<br>

<li>It chemically bonds reinforcing minerals such as silica, clay, mica and talc to the polymer matrix.</li>
<li>ACH Si-SUL-1891 is used to produce shoe soles, rubber rollers & wheels, white sidewalls, wire and cable insulation with lower silane loadings.</li>
<li>It can be also used as a pretreatment on minerals or added at time of compounding.</li></ul> ACH Si-EPY-187 by Achiewell is an organo-silane coupling agent with hydrolysable methoxy groups. It also contains a glycidoxy functional group that allows targeting resin matrixes such as epoxy, butyl rubber and polysulfide. ACH Si-EPY-187 is designed to improve adhesion between organic and inorganic materials in foundry resins. It is suitable for epoxy composites employed in electronic chip encapsulation. ACH Si-VIN-171 by Achiewell is an organo-silane coupling agent. It also acts as a moisture scavenger due to its methoxy groups. It contains a vinyl functional group that allows targeting resin matrixes such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyacrylate. ACH Si-VIN-171 provides improved adhesion between organic and inorganic materials in foundry resins. ACH Si-AMO-1100 by Achiewell is an organo-silane coupling agent with ethoxy groups. It also contains an amino functional group that allows targeting resin matrixes such as epoxy, polyethylene, butyl rubber, polyacrylate, and PVC. ACH Si-AMO-1100 is designed to improve adhesion between organic and inorganic materials in foundry resins.
