CALMAST – AD5

CALMAST – AD5 by A Dong Plastic is a calcium carbonate based additive masterbatch containing 78% of the effective substance in 22% PP, PE carrier resin with some other additives. Acts as a filler. Offers higher heat resistance and flexural rigidity. Improves dimensional stability and printability on finished product's surface. Provides stiffness, high tensile strength, antislip properties, vertical tearing resistance and anti-fibrillation to PP yarn. Reduces cost of the finished products and increases the output. Recommended for injection and intrusion molding. Suitable for PP woven sack, jumbo bags, cement sacks, grain sacks, fertilizer bags, injection products such as furniture, containers, boxes, buckets, toys, tampon, nappy, electric appliance parts, automotive parts and washing machine. Addition ratio ranges from 5% to 40% by weight depending on the specific product and adjusted based on specific production and technology conditions.
