It provides extremely low physical impurities, fast extrusion, improved mechanical durability and excellent chemical cleanliness. Typical applications include geomembranes & films, telecom jacketing and pressure-, irrigation & sewage pipes. Raven P125 Ultra is suitable for use in food contact applications due to its compliance with (EU) No. 10/2011.

Raven PFEB by Birla Carbon is a carbon black designed for plastic applications. Provides excellent organoleptic properties, easy dispersibility, low heavy metal content and low moisture pick-up. It offers excellent UV protection, excellent chemical cleanliness, smooth surface finish, longer screenlife and improved mechanical durability. Raven PFEB is recommended for pressure pipes (gas & water), geomembranes & films and telecom jacketing. It is adapted for fast extrusion. It complies with the (EU) No. 10/2011 regulation making it suitable for use in indirect food contact applications.

Raven P7 Ultra by Birla Carbon is a carbon black designed for plastic applications. It offers excellent organoleptic properties, easy dispersibility, low heavy metal content and low moisture pick-up. Ketjenblack EC-300J by Nouryon is a conductive carbon black with minimum impact on mechanical properties. It is extremely suitable for antistatic and electroconductive applications.

• The lower loading allows easier processing for those polymers sensitive to filler addition, thus minimizing loss in mechanical and rheological properties.
• When it is thoroughly dispersed with the polymer, it significantly increases the conductivity of the resulting compound.
• It can be used in all types of polymers, thermoset, thermoplastic as well as elastomers.
• It possesses very low ash content, which makes it the preferred material for semicon applications in cable shielding.
• Recommended for batteries, packaging for IC parts, tubing, flooring, carpet backing, automotive parts and cell phones.
• Ketjenblack EC-300J has a shelf-life of 12 months.

Sanitized® BC A 21-61 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers typically used for sheets and extruded or molded parts such as PP, PE, PC, EVA, ABS, PS, PUR, PMMA, SBR, and other thermoplastic elastomers. Substrates protected with product are safe for men and the environment.

• It protects the polymer against microbial infestation, inhibits bacteria and their activity, and prevents the formation of unpleasant odors caused by bacteria.
• It offers durable effectiveness, is washing resistant, and remains stable at temperatures up to 500°C.
• It contains a transparent glass ceramic carrier and is based on silver, a naturally occurring active ingredient.
• It is compatible with most additives used in the plastic industry, such as stabilizers, antistatic products, fillers, pigments, optical brighteners and UV absorbers.
• It is used in various applications, including home furnishing items such as flooring and laminated surfaces, household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Sanitized® BC A 21-61 is also used in clothing, including shoe insoles, artificial leather, and gloves, as well as industrial applications like filters, ropes, packaging, gaskets, films, and housings.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% of the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EPA-registered, BPR-compliant and approved for polymers with food contact (US FDA and EFSA).

SPB-100 by Otsuka Chemical is a phosphazene flame retardant specially formulated to give a high added value to products of the electrical, electronic, wand medical devices sector among other applications. It is non-volatile, ultra-hydrophobic and free of halogens & antimony.

• It shows high phosphorus content and high resistance to hydrolysis.
• It shows great stability at high temperatures.
• It exhibits no negative effect on dielectric performance.
• SPB-100 is used as additive in epoxy resins, polycarbonates as well as mixtures and other engineering polymers.

Sanitized® MB PU 22-71 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial agent for textile and plastic applications. It offers highly effective and durable protection against bacteria (gram-positive and negative), yeast, algae, fungi and mold, and prevents the odor caused by them. It is ready to use and easy to dose. It is free from phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury and lead. It is suitable for use in TPU, TPE, EVA, PVC, ABS, PA and PC that are generally used in extruded and injection molding articles.

• It provides good water-, weathering- and light resistance, and can be processed even at high temperatures up to 300°C.
• Its activity at the cellular level disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, interrupting their ability to function, grow and reproduce.
• Substrates protected with Sanitized® MB PU 22-71 show good skin tolerance.
• It is designed for household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, sealings, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances and equipment, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs and sinks.
• It is also used in clothing items such as shoe insoles and in industrial applications such as filters, sealings, ropes, packaging, gaskets, films and housings.
• The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0% relative to the total weight of the material to be protected.

Sanitized® MB E 99-58 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive based on a natural active substance in form of silver ions encapsulated in a patented ceramic material. It provides a reliable effect against a large number of microbes such as bacteria and prevents formation of unpleasant odors caused by them. It is washing resistant and remains stable at temperatures up to 240°C. It offers good leach resistance, with no influence on light-, heat stability and gas fading. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers which are generally used for sheets and extruded or molded parts.

• It is designed for household and sanitary articles such as brooms, brush bristles and handles, boards, films, sponges, container, appliances and equipment, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs and sinks.
• It is also used in clothing items such as shoe insoles, and in industrial applications such as filters, ropes, coatings, packaging, gaskets, films and housings.
• Substrates protected with Sanitized® MB E 99-58 are safe for man and environment.
• The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0% relative to the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EU Regulations 10/2011 compliant, EFSA accepted, NSF verified, and US FDA, US EPA and EU BPR approved.

Sanitized® MB PE 23-70CN by Sanitized is a leach resistant antimicrobial agent for textile and plastic applications. It offers highly effective and durable protection against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, algae, fungi and mold. It is free from phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury and lead. It is suitable for thermoplastic elastomers such as PE, PP, TPU and TPE that are generally used for extruded and injection molding articles.

• Substrates protected with Sanitized® MB PE 23-70CN are safe for man and environment.
• It is designed for household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances and equipment, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs and sinks.
