PALMESTER 3976 by KLK OLEO is pentaerythritol tetrastearate derived from renewable vegetable oils. It exhibits excellent lubricating properties internally and/or externally in PC and most engineering plastics. It functions as slip & anti-blocking agent, flow modifier, anti-static, dispersing- and mold release agent. It is used in appliances, personal safety/protection equipment, building & construction, electrical market, electronics/computer, fiber, textile and carpets. It is recommended for packaging, household, products/consumer goods, wiring & cables, pipe, hoses, fittings and urban equipment. PALMESTER 3976 is HALAL certified.

Hyperlink 66 by 20 Microns is calcined china clays offers a good resilience, better electrical properties, reinforcement, high performance and improved extrusion process, improved dielectric and mechanical properties like tensile strength, modulus, abrasion resistance and shore hardness. Hyperlink 66 is applicable for hoses, belt, automotive components, moulded and general rubber compound.

Hydrocarb™ 75 T by Omya is an ultrafine calcium carbonate. Acts as a filler for PVC. Hydrocarb™ 75 T is used in wire and cable applications.

Calprec PR-2E by Cales de Llierca is precipitated calcium carbonate. Used as processing aid and reinforcer filler in rigid PVC.

Low density polyethylene homopolymer. Used in packaging. Provides lubricity in rubber compounding. Offers very good thermal stability.

Baerostab OM 36 by Baerlocher is a octyl tin mercaptopropionate. In combination with liquid tin or cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) free mixed metal stabilizers, it functions as a thermal stabilizer or co-stabilizer (booster). It is a very effective PVC stabilizer. It is especially recommended for the stabilization of stiff PVC and its alloys with other thermoplastic polymers when the resulting product's exceptional mechanical qualities and high heat distortion temperatures are critical.

• With minimal addition amounts of Baerostab OM 36 transparent and pigmented items with vicat temperatures above 80°C can be extruded or molded.
• It is especially excellent for calendering sheets that require very good printability, even after storage, such as credit card sheets.
• It has a dose rate of 0.7-1.2 phr.
• Baerostab OM 36 is registered under FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and EU2002/72.

Baerorapid 10 FD by Baerlocher is a processing aid with a medium viscosity that has only a minimal influence on the rheological properties of a formulation. Baerorapid 10 FD is particularly suitable for use in foamed PVC and improves significantly the gloss of extruded profiles.

FutureChem® SSIPA by FutureFuel Chemical Company is a monomer for waterborne polyesters and nylon fibers. It is used as an adhesion aid for magnetic tapes and an additive for polyester and polyamide applications. It is a high melting, water-soluble white solid. FutureChem® SSIPA is suitable for amine-free polyurethane dispersions.

1,3:2,4-bis-O-(4-methylbenzylidene)-D-sorbitol. GEL ALL MD by New Japan Chemical acts as a nucleating agent for polyolefin resins, gelling agent, thickener and thixotropic agent. GEL ALL MD is also used as a monomer-type organic gelling agent, fluidity control agent, or the like. Adds good transparency and luster to homo polymer or random copolymer of polypropylene. It also has enhanced mechanical characteristics such as shock resistance and rigidity. Its increased crystallization temperature shortens cycle time for molding, thereby contributing to improvement of productivity. GEL ALL MD by New Japan Chemical is a clear nucleating agent suitable for medical polypropylene like injector, and is also effectively used in wide-ranging thin injection molded products such as storage containers, CD/DVD cases, jewel boxes, and food containers.

TMBP by Songwon is a clear, 2,2’,6,6’-tetramethyl-4,4’-biphenol by Songwon. It offers toughness. It is recommended for water bottles, sports equipment, CDs & DVDs and line water pipes. TMBP by Songwon is designed for use in the manufacture of plastics and epoxy resins.
