PALMOWAX Ethylene Bis Stearamide (EBS) by KLK OLEO is derived from renewable vegetable oils. It exhibits excellent lubricating properties internally and/or externally in most plastics such as ABS, PS, PP, and etc. It functions as anti-static, dispersing agent, flow modifier, mold release-, slip- and anti-blocking agent. Ionphase™ fSTAT2 by Cargill is a permanent and non-migrating polymeric anti-static agent. It is designed for general extrusion applications with high melt flow polyolefins (PP, LDPE, LLDPE and mLLDPE) and injection molding of SEBS. Used in stretch films and shoe soles. It is a cost-effective solution in multilayer designs and can be used in high temperature processes.

Ionphase™ fSTAT2 HF by Cargill is a halogen-free, permanent & non-migrating anti-static agent. It is used in general extrusion and injection molding applications with high melt flow polyolefins. It lowers the surface resistivity, improves non-charging properties and reduces charge decay time. It is recommended for stretch films and articles molded from SEBS compounds. Ionphase™ fSTAT2 HF is designed for film production and electronic packaging. It is recyclable, humidity-independent, ready to use and is compatible with host polymer. It has a shelf life of 730 days.

Arctic® NTP Yellow 10P150 by Shepherd Color is a chemically inert, chromatic yellow inorganic pigment. It is produced by high-temperature calcination. It exhibits excellent UV and visible opacity and stable to heat and ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, offering exceptional durability and hiding power.

Atmer™ 7001 by Cargill acts as an anti-static agent. It offers effective dosing, better distribution of additives in base polymer, reduction of fuming and smoking in processing. It is 50% concentrate of a mixture of additives in polypropylene (PP) that provides a fast acting and synergistic long-lasting effect. Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms.

• It allows the additives to migrate to the surface of the polymer where they interact with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.
• Used in electronics and film production.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.6-1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
