Polymer additives for Stretch Blow Molding

INCIRCLE® IP1417 by Ingenia is a liquid phosphite antioxidant in combination with other stabilizers in a polyethylene carrier resin. It provides the best performance for improved PE PCR recyclate quality. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates. It minimizes the yellowing of recycled polyethylene compared to traditional solid phosphite-phenol blends (IP1415).

• It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film, injection molding, blown film-, cast film- and sheet extrusion applications.
• It maintains the original melt flow, improves long term thermal stability and is particularly suitable for use with reprocessed material.
• It reduces the gel formation in films produced from recycled polyethylene, outperforming traditional solid phosphite-phenol blend antioxidant technology.
• It reduces the color generation due to multiple extrusion (heat & shear) cycles.
• It can be combined with compatibilizer solutions to enable the recycling of multilayer/multimaterial films containing polyamide and EVOH.

IP1212 by Ingenia is an anti-static agent. It is a proprietary compound of a high-purity antistatic agent in a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) carrier resin. It serves as an internal additive to control the surface resistivity on film over an extended period of time, effectively reducing static cling and dust accumulation. It contains no animal-based ingredients.

• It offers excellent thermal stability and allows for longlasting reduction in the surface resistivity due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the surface of the film.
• It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion applications.
• It is used in LDPE, HDPE and PP film and molding applications.
• Recommended usage level of IP1212 is 1-2%.
• It may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.

IP1210 by Ingenia is an antistatic agent. It is a proprietary compound of high purity glycerol monostearate (GMS) in an LLDPE carrier resin. It as an internal additive to control resistivity on the film surface over an extended period of time, resulting in less static cling and dust contamination of the film.

• It exhibits excellent thermal stability and a long lasting reduction in the surface resistivity due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the surface of the film.
• It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion applications.
• It is used in the production of LDPE, HDPE and PP films.
• It contains no animal-based ingredients and has no dispersion aids, waxes or stearates.
• Recommended usage level of IP1210 is 1-2%.
• It may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.

ITZ-380 by Ingenia is a short term antistatic masterbatch providing quick as well as long term antistatic action. It is a proprietary blend of high purity antistatic agents dispersed in a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) carrier resin. It reduces surface resistivity and results in less static cling and dust contamination of the part surface. It offers excellent thermal stability and due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the surface of the part, allows for long lasting reduction in the surface resistivity.

• It has fast-acting surface migratory effect, which supports demolding.
• It can be used in polyolefin film and rigid applications.
• It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion applications.
• ITZ-380 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.

ITZ-446 by Ingenia is a proprietary compound of high purity antistatic agent in an LLDPE carrier resin. It is used as an internal additive to control resistivity on the film surface over an extended period of time, enabling antistatic properties. It contains no animal-based ingredients.

• It offers excellent thermal stability and long-lasting reduction in the surface resistivity due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the film surface.
• It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion.

IP1359 by Ingenia is a UV masterbatch in LLDPE carrier resin. It is effective at low concentrations, providing superior resistance to discoloration caused by gas fading. It contains hindered amine stabilizers which regenerate themselves, offering long-lasting UV stabilization.

• It is free of animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes and stearates.
• It is recommended for LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film applications.
• It is suitable for blown- and cast film, blow- and injection molding and sheet extrusion.
