ITZ-380

ITZ-380 by Ingenia is a short term antistatic masterbatch providing quick as well as long term antistatic action. It is a proprietary blend of high purity antistatic agents dispersed in a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) carrier resin. It reduces surface resistivity and results in less static cling and dust contamination of the part surface. It offers excellent thermal stability and due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the surface of the part, allows for long lasting reduction in the surface resistivity.

• It has fast-acting surface migratory effect, which supports demolding.
• It can be used in polyolefin film and rigid applications.
• It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion applications.
• ITZ-380 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.
