Nipol® SBR 1723 by Zeon is a general purpose, oil extended styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) grade. Contains staining antioxidant. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Nipol® SBR 1723 by Zeon is recommended for tire tread rubber, molded and extruded good applications. Nipol® DN3380 by Zeon is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing medium to high nitrile rubber content. Offers good oil resistance, low temperature resistance, high cure rate, high modulus and good rebound. Nipol® DN3380 by Zeon is recommended for automotive parts, oil seals, packings, O-rings, hydraulic hoses, fuel hoses, diaphragms, printing rolls, spinning cots, apron rolls, shoe soles, footwear and mat applications. Nipol® DN4050 by Zeon is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing high nitrile rubber content. Provides high cure rate, high modulus, good rebound and low temperature resistance. Offers good oil resistance, good aromatic fuel resistance and good solvent resistance. Nipol® DN4050 by Zeon is recommended for oil well parts, fuel cell liners, fuel hose, rolls, lathe-cut gaskets, O-rings, phenolic resin modifications, spinning cots and packing oil seal applications. Nipol® 1411 by Zeon is a very fine cross-linked, powdered form nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade. Ideal for phenolic resin modification. Nipol® 1411 by Zeon is widely used in friction products. Nipol® DN601 by Zeon is a carboxylated liquid nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade. Suitable for non-extractive plasticizers, processing aids, and speciality plasticizer for sponge applications. Nipol® DN601 by Zeon is also used as the modifier for the plastics. Nipol® DN3335 by Zeon is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing medium to high nitrile rubber content. Offers good oil resistance, low temperature resistance, high cure rate, high modulus and good rebound. Nipol® DN3335 by Zeon is recommended for automotive parts, oil seals, packings, O-rings, hydraulic hoses, fuel hoses, diaphragms, printing rolls, spinning cots, apron rolls, shoe soles, footwear and mat applications. Nipol® 1042 by Zeon is an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing medium to high nitrile rubber content in cold polymerization system. Offers good oil resistance. Nipol® 1042 by Zeon is recommended for automotive parts, oil seals, packings, O-rings, hydraulic hoses, fuel hoses, diaphragms, printing rolls, spinning cots, apron rolls, shoe soles, footwear and mat applications. Nipol® DN2880 by Zeon is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing medium nitrile rubber content. Offers good oil resistance, high mooney viscosity and low temperature resistance. Nipol® DN2880 by Zeon is recommended for hoses, packings, gaskets, oil seals, diaphragms, rolls, industrial parts, parts for aircraft, automobiles and railways applications.
