Nipol® DN4050 by Zeon is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing high nitrile rubber content. Provides high cure rate, high modulus, good rebound and low temperature resistance. Offers good oil resistance, good aromatic fuel resistance and good solvent resistance. Nipol® DN4050 by Zeon is recommended for oil well parts, fuel cell liners, fuel hose, rolls, lathe-cut gaskets, O-rings, phenolic resin modifications, spinning cots and packing oil seal applications.
