HyTemp® PV04 is a polyacrylate rubber grade by Zeon. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a proprietary cure site that can be vulcanized with peroxide. Offers low heat resistance and insolubility in water. HyTemp® PV04 is used in O-rings, seals, gaskets, binders, adhesives, caulks and plastics modification. HyTemp® 4451CG is a polyacrylate rubber grade by Zeon. It is a particulate form of HyTemp® 4051CG. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of chlorine/carboxyl cure site monomer. Offers excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. Shows best flow, direct solubility and insolubility in water. HyTemp® 4451CG is used in caulks, sealants, binders and cement/adhesive applications.
