ZEONOR® 1430R by Zeon Chemical is a water insoluble, odorless, colorless cyclic olefin polymer (COP) grade. It possesses high moisture barrier, low protein absorption and precision moldability. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This grade exhibits excellent optical properties, low water absorption and chemical resistance. </li> <li>It provides high molding transcription, high purity and low autofluorescence. </li> <li>It is processed by injection molding. </li> <li>ZEONOR® 1430R is recommended for life science consumables for applications such as digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR), rapid pathogen detection and non-precision optical applications. </li></ul>

Zetpol® 2020

Zetpol® 2020 by Zeon Chemical is a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) grade containing middle high nitrile rubber content. Provides low heat resistance and excellent dynamic properties. Zetpol® 2020 is recommended for seals, rolls, belts and oil field component applications. Suitable for sulphur and peroxide curing. It is FDA compliant.

Zeotherm® 100-80B

Zeotherm® 100-80B by Zeon Chemical is a recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. Possesses lowest durometer and survives long-term exposure to 150°C (300°F) air & oil. Exhibits fluidity resistance, excellent heat resistance (sustained at 150°C; spikes to 175°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). Offers excellent resistance to many minerals, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. Is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It can be processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 100-80B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications.
