VRP 2133 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a high reactive isophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Exhibits medium viscosity, very good styrene tolerance, low moisture, low hydroxyl value, good mechanical properties and extremely good consistency in thickening behavior with magnesium oxide. Provides improved color-ability, high gloss and smooth surface finish. It is highly compatible with low profile additives. VRP 2133 is suitable for sheet molding compound (SMC) and dough molding compound (DMC) applications. VRP 2131 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive isophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Exhibits improved mechanical, corrosion and electrical properties in comparison to orthophthalic polyesters. This fast curing grade possesses high water resistance and good wetting properties. It can be supplied as a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, or low viscosity resin. Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, resin transfer molding (RTM), pultrusion, filament winding and other molding techniques. VRP 2131 can be used for the manufacture of marine products, tanks, pipes, automobile parts, gratings. VRP 2141 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive purified terephthalic acid (PTA) based unsaturated polyester resin. Exhibits improved mechanical, corrosion and electrical properties in comparison to orthophthalic polyesters. This fast curing grade possesses high water resistance and good wetting properties. It can be supplied as a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, or low viscosity resin. Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, resin transfer molding (RTM), pultrusion, filament winding and other molding techniques. VRP 2141 can be used for the manufacture of marine products, tanks, pipes, automobile parts and gratings. VRP 2131FR by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive isophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. This flame retardant grade exhibits better mechanical, corrosion and electrical properties as compared to orthophthalic polyesters. Is a fast curing grade possessing very good wetting and water resistance properties. It is also supplied in a pre-accelerated version. Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, RTM, pultrusion, filament winding, and other molding techniques. VRP 2131FR is suitable for the manufacture of boats, pipes, automobile parts and gratings. It conforms with flammability IS standards. VRP 2123 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) based unsaturated polyester resin. It is processed from washed recycled PET flakes or granules. Exhibits low viscosity, good wetting, sand-ability properties and good shelf life. It is fast curing and capable of taking high filler loading. VRP 2123 is suitable for metal pastes and putty applications. VRP 2151 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive orthophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Is a fast curing grade exhibiting very low viscosity, excellent wetting resistance and good weather resistance. It can be supplied in UV stabilized and pre-accelerated versions. VRP 2151 is suitable for making translucent rooflite sheets . VRP 2112 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive superior orthophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Is a fast curing grade exhibiting low viscosity, good wetting and good mechanical properties. It can be supplied as a pre-accelerated, thixotropic resin. VRP 2112 is suitable for hand lay-up, resin transfer molding RTM, and other molding techniques. VRP 2122 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive polyethylene terephthalate (PET) based unsaturated polyester resin. It is processed from washed recycled PET flakes or granules. Is a general purpose grade exhibiting mechanical properties than compared to orthophthalic polyesters. This fast curing grade possesses low viscosity and good wetting properties. It is also supplied in a pre-accelerated version. Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, resin transfer molding (RTM), and other molding techniques. VRP 2122 is designed for automobile parts, fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) doors and helmets. VRP 2121 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive orthophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Is a general purpose, fast curing grade exhibiting low viscosity, good wetting and good mechanical properties. It can be supplied as a pre-accelerated, thixotropic resin. Suitable for hand lay-up, resin transfer molding RTM, and other molding techniques. VRP 2121 is designed for lamination purposes. VRP 2111 by Vikram Resins and Polymers is a medium reactive flexible orthophthalic acid based unsaturated polyester resin. Exhibits low viscosity, good wetting, sandability properties and good shelf life. It is fast curing and capable of taking high filler loading. VRP 2111 is specifically formulated for metal pastes and polyester putty applications.
