SKYPRENE® LA-710 by Tosoh is a chloroprene rubber (CR) containing rosin salt as an emulsifier. Exhibits slow crystallization resistance. SKYPRENE® LA-710 is used in gloves (dip forming) and industrial applications. SKYPRENE® TSR-70 by Tosoh is a mercaptan-modified chloroprene rubber (CR). Exhibits excellent resistance to cold and crystallization. Offers excellent flow, excellent stability in storage to minimize scorch, excellent fluidity, slow crystallization rate and high mooney viscosity. Provides mechanical strength, less change in hardness at low temperature and improves brittle point with combinations of specific plasticizers. Suitable for processing by injection molding. SKYPRENE® TSR-70 is used in automotive rubber parts (boots), industrial rubber goods, hoses, rolls, electrical wire & cables and high reliability applications such as car safety devices. SKYPRENE® GFL-820 by Tosoh is a carboxylated chloroprene rubber (CR) containing an anionic emulsifier. Exhibits low molecular weight, good crystallization rate, excellent stability and bonding strength. Shows gel free components and high cross-linkability with zinc oxide (ZnO). Provides better mechanical-, storage-, chemical- and electrolytic stability. SKYPRENE® GFL-820 is used in dry-contact adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® 590 by Tosoh is a chloroprene rubber (CR) containing rosin salt as an emulsifier. Exhibits high gel content, very high molecular weight, excellent bonding strength caused by gel-free components at high temperature and fast crystallization rate. Provides good mechanical-, storage- and electrolytic stability (under low pH). SKYPRENE® 590 is used in wet to dry contact adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® G-55 by Tosoh is a general purpose, chloroprene rubber (CR) with a small chip size. Exhibits fast crystallization rate, excellent adhesion, bond strength and a range of mooney viscosity. Offers resistance to flame, chemical and oil. Shows high reactivity to isocyanates. SKYPRENE® G-55 is used in adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® 580 by Tosoh is a carboxylated chloroprene rubber (CR) with a small chip size. It contains low carboxyl content and improves tack retention time. Exhibits slow crystallization rate and excellent heat resistance at temperatures over 80°C. SKYPRENE® 580 is used in adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® G-66 by Tosoh is a general purpose, chloroprene rubber (CR) with a small chip size. Exhibits fast crystallization rate, excellent adhesion, bond strength and a range of mooney viscosity. Offers resistance to flame, chemical and oil. Shows specific solution properties like such as low fluidity in solution and high thixotropy. SKYPRENE® G-66 is used in adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® Y-30SN by Tosoh is an eco-friendly, polychloroprene rubber (CR) with a small chip size. It exhibits good crystallization rate, good adhesion and high bonding strength. It offers resistance to flame and chemical. It improves stability against phase separation for a toluene-free formulation. SKYPRENE® Y-30SN is used for dry contact adhesive applications. SKYPRENE® B-30S by Tosoh is a general-purpose chloroprene (CR) thermoset rubber (CR). It exhibits moderate crystallization rate, low molecular weight, low viscosity, excellent adhesion and bond strength. It offers resistance to flame, chemical and oil. It can be used as blends to adjust adhesive viscosity. SKYPRENE® LA-660 by Tosoh is an anionic chloroprene rubber (CR) containing rosin salt as an emulsifier. Exhibits good crystallization rate, very high molecular weight, high gel content, high bonding strength and heat resistance with soft adhesive layer. Offers good mechanical-, storage- and unstable electrolyte stability (under low pH). The stability has been adjusted for two components PU foam adhesives. SKYPRENE® LA-660 is used in wet-contact adhesives.
