Nipolon® Hard is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade by Tosoh. Possesses high tensile strength, hardness and excellent processing characteristics. Suitable for processing by blown film-, pipe extrusion, filaments, blow- and injection molding. Recommended for milk bottles, detergent bottles, chemical drums, fuel tanks and shopping bags. Nipolon® Hard is also used for food packages, water-, oil and gas pipes. Other applications include irrigation pipes, industrial containers, crates, houseware, toys and fishing nets. Nipolon® is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. Possesses superior elasticity, transparency, shock resistance and processing characteristics. Is suitable for processing by blow molding, blown film, extrusion coating, laminating and injection molding. Nipolon® by Tosoh is recommended for box liners, general purpose packaging, heavy duty bags, agricultural film, diaper backings, stretch-, shrink-, polymeric film, milk carton stocks, box liners, houseware and artificial flowers.
