BUNA™ SB 1500 by Synthos Group is a general-purpose, emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (E-SBR) manufactured by cold polymerization using rosin acid soap as an emulsifier. A discoloring staining antioxidant is added during the production process. BUNA™ SB 1500 is used in multi-purpose rubber, tires, technical rubber goods and conveyor belt applications for the automotive industry. BUNA™ CIS 132-SCHKOPAU by Synthos Group is a low-cis butadiene synthetic rubber (BR) produced by anionic solution polymerization using an organo-lithium initiator. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Offers excellent processability, high resilience, long fatigue life, low hysteresis and a low glass transition temperature. Exhibits resistance to abrasion and flex-crack. It may be blended with natural rubber, SBR, IR, NBR or CR synthetic rubbers. BUNA™ CIS 132-SCHKOPAU is used in light-colored rubber articles and tire tread and sidewall compounds in conveyor belts. Complies with ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 regulations.
