Synthos EPS® F21B

Synthos EPS® F21B by Synthos Group is a free flowing, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) large block grade containing pentane as the expansion agent. Exhibits low to medium density and good processability. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. Synthos EPS® F21B is recommended for shape and block molding applications, well fused blocks for making insulation and construction products, elastified board for impact & airborne sound insulation. Complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102, Part 1, B1.

EPS Silver® SF700R

EPS Silver® SF700R by Synthos Group is a free flowing, lightweight, recyclable, expandable polystyrene (EPS) large block grade containing pentane as the expansion agent, polymeric flame retardant as additive and an internal modifier. Exhibits medium to high density, good thermal insulating properties, rigidity & dimensional stability. Can be elastified to obtain excellent acoustic properties while maintaining low thermal conductivity at low densities. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. EPS Silver® SF700R is recommended for shape molding and contour molding with a wall thickness <10mm such as molded building elements and specialist packaging. Complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102, Part 1, B1.

EPS Silver® SR500R

EPS Silver® SR500R by Synthos Group is a free flowing, lightweight, recyclable, non-flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) large block grade containing pentane as the expansion agent and an internal modifier. Exhibits medium to high density, good thermal insulating properties, rigidity & dimensional stability. Can be elastified to obtain excellent acoustic properties while maintaining low thermal conductivity at low densities. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. EPS Silver® SR500R is recommended for shape & block molding applications for making insulation boards. Other applications include contour moldings with a wall thickness >10mm like molded building elements and specialist packaging. Complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP) and (EU) No 453/2010.
