InSphere® 2000F/CZ by Synthos Group is a white colored, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade available in the form of spherical beads. It contains flame retardant pFR (without HBCD) and pentane as a hydrocarbon blowing agent. Is suitable for processing by shape molding. InSphere® 2000F/CZ is recommended for high volume blocks with low density, cut boards and profiles from the blocks for thermal insulation such as building objects.
InSphere® 300S/CZ by Synthos Group is a white colored, spherical, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. It contains pentane as a hydrocarbon blowing agent and do not contain any flame retardant agent. Is suitable for processing by shape molding. InSphere® 300S/CZ is recommended for parts with wall thickness below 10 mm such as shipping packaging for glass and electrical goods, building bricks, floor and roof shaped parts.
InSphere® 800F/PL by Synthos Group is a white colored, spherical, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. It contains flame retardant pFR (without HBCD) and a hydrocarbon blowing agent. Is suitable for processing by shape molding. InSphere® 800F/PL is recommended for blocks with medium & higher density, cutted boards & profiles from the blocks for thermal insulation such as building objects and packaging technology.
