Xydar® M-345 by Syensqo is a liquid crystal polymer reinforced with 45% mineral. It can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for electrical and electronic applications. Suitable for filling very thin walls over long flow lengths. Offers good strength, stiffness, chemical resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Provides inherent flame & weather resistance, high heat deflection, low warpage and good moldability.Xydar® M-345 is approved by RoHS. It is available in natural color as M-345 NT and in black color as M-345 BK. Xydar® G-930 by Syensqo is an aromatic, flame retardant liquid crystal polymer (LCP), reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is produced through surface mount technology and exhibits exceptional moldability, excellent flow, low warpage and exceptional weld line strength. It can fill very thin walls over long flow lengths with little or no flash, even at mold temperatures below 93°C. Shows high strength and stiffness even at elevated temperatures, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high deflection temperature and outstanding resistance to most chemicals, weathering and gamma radiation. It is compatible to surface mounting and contains no additives. Xydar® G-930 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in automotive, smartphones, electrical bobbins, electronics, industrial parts, coatings, composites, additives, electrical motor components, high-intensity LEDs and SMT components. Xydar® MG-850 LCP by Syensqo is a flame-retarded liquid crystal polymer (LCP) grade reinforced with 50% glass and mineral fiber. Possesses high flow, flatness, good dimensional stability, outstanding strength at extreme temperatures up to 300°C, tighter tolerances and lower warpage compared to standard LCP material. Exhibits transparency to microwave radiation, good chemical- and corrosion resistance. The low moisture absorption facilitates improved IR reflow performance up to 260°C. Suitable for processing by injection molding into thin-wall components. Xydar® MG-850 LCP is used in 12-gigabyte connectors that target applications in desktop, laptop computers as well as tablets, offering surface mount compatibility to next-generation USB 3.0. Xydar® LCP G-330 HH by Syensqo is a halogen or bromine free flame-retarded liquid crystal polymer (LCP) reinforced with glass. It addresses challenging thermal and insulation requirements and is targeted particularly at battery module plates of EV models operating with higher voltage systems.<br>
