Xydar® LCP G-330 HH

Xydar® LCP G-330 HH by Syensqo is a halogen or bromine free flame-retarded liquid crystal polymer (LCP) reinforced with glass. It addresses challenging thermal and insulation requirements and is targeted particularly at battery module plates of EV models operating with higher voltage systems.

• It offers extremely high heat resistance, exceptional flowability, low water absorption, surface mount technology (SMT) compatibility and outstanding chemical resistance.
• It exhibits exceptional dielectric properties which is ideal for PCBs and FPCs.
• It offers miniaturization of connectors, as it maintains its strength and durability despite a significant reduction in surface area.
• Xydar® LCP G-330 HH is suitable for processing by injection molding into thin-wall components which is capable of retaining its electrical insulation upon exposure to 400°C for 30 minutes.
