CYCOM® EP1700 by Syensqo is a fast curing, process flexible epoxy resin system. It has good service temperature capability (>80°C), and offers on-tool time of 10 minutes or less. It is suitable for processing by compression molding, vacuum bags and autoclave. <br>

<li>CYCOM® EP1700 is recommended for secondary structures in commercial airframes, from prototyping through to high-volume defence and aerospace applications. </li> CYCOM® 5320-1 by Syensqo is a toughened epoxy resin prepreg system. It offers mechanical properties equivalent to other (177°C) autoclave-cured toughened epoxy prepreg systems after a (177°C) freestanding postcure.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Exhibits excellent hot/wet & notched properties and provides long tack & shop life at room temperature.</li>
<li>It can be vacuum bag cured to produce autoclave quality parts having very low porosity.</li>

<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> CYCOM® 977-2 by Syensqo is a toughened epoxy prepreg resin. Available in a variety of forms including tape, fabric and roving. Exhibits long out life of >40 days and reduces scrap. Provides exceptional performance and proven longevity. Suitable for processing by autoclave and compression molding. It is designed the manufacture of large composite structures. CYCOM® 977-2 is designed for surfacing films and aircraft secondary structures. CYCOM® 997 by Syensqo is a good flow, toughened epoxy (EP) resin. Available in a broad range of fibers & forms including unidirectional tape, fabric and fiber placement tape. Possesses wet service temperature capability. It can be cured at 177°C for 2 hours. Exhibits ease of processing, excellent tack and drape features. Exhibits good impact resistance and excellent hot and wet performance. It can be processed by autoclave and press molding. Suitable for both laminate and sandwich panels. CYCOM® 997 is designed for primary and secondary aircraft structures. CYCOM® 7701 by Syensqo is a self-extinguishing, solvent resistant epoxy (EP) resin. It has excellent tack and drape form and acts as a self-adhesive to honeycomb core.<br>

<li>CYCOM® 7701 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul> CYCOM® 7714A by Syensqo is a flame retardant, self-adhesive epoxy resin having a large industry database. It is co-curable with CYCOM® 7701, CYCOM® 7714 and CYCOM® 97714A resins. It can be cured for 2 hours at 121°C. Can be processed by autoclave and press molding. Suitable for fabric, tape and roving. Recommended for laminate & sandwich panel usage, aircraft interiors, seats & control surfaces, UAV and secondary structure. Meets all NASA outgassing requirements. Unidirectional tape and woven fabric impregnated with CYCOM® 7714A retain excellent tack and drape. It has a shelf life of 6 months at -18°C and 10 days at 22°C. CYCOM® 7668 by Syensqo is a low-flow, flame retardant epoxy resin. It is available in four different tack levels ranging from high tack to very low tack. Possesses outstanding tension, compression and sandwich properties. Offers excellent thermal aging resistance. Formulated for use with fiberglass in structural laminates and honeycomb core sandwich panels for aircraft exteriors. Woven fabric impregnated with CYCOM® 7668 maintains good tack & drape for 15 days at 24°. Meets BMS-8-139 and MIL-R-9300, type 2 regulations. It has a shelf life of 270 days at -12°C or below. CYCOM® EP2750 by Syensqo is a 350°F (177°C) toughened epoxy resin system designed for high-volume cost-effective composite manufacturing. It provides a cost-effective alternative to machined aluminum for small to medium size parts. It handles like standard prepreg yet can be press cured to produce autoclave-quality parts with very low porosity. It offers mechanical properties equivalent to other autoclave-cured toughened epoxy prepreg systems. Exhibits excellent hot/wet and notched properties. Offers on-tool time of 30 minutes or less (short takt times) and 2D blank to 3D shape in one step. CYCOM® EP2750 is designed to accommodate flexible press cure cycles and can also be cured in an autoclave. It can be processed by compression molding. Suitable for producing complex monolithic parts. It is used in aerospace platforms, drones and air mobility markets. CYCOM® 977-3 by Syensqo is a tough epoxy (EP) resin. It can be cured at 177°C for six hours. Possesses dry (177°C) and wet (132°C) service capability formulated for autoclave and press molding. Exhibits long mechanical out life suitable for fabrication of large structures including unidirectional tape and woven fabric. The impregnated fabrics with CYCOM® 977-3 retain tack for 21 days at 22°C. CYCOM® 977-20 RTM by Syensqo is a low-viscosity, toughened, one-part, liquid epoxy prepreg resin. Provides excellent impact resistance and ensures full fiber wetting. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Designed for aerospace applications including primary & secondary aircraft structures, space and ballistics structures. CYCOM® 977-20 RTM has a shelf life of 12 months at -18°C and out life of 30 days at 22°C.
