Amodel® HFFR-4133 NT by Syensqo is a black and natural colored, halogen-free and flame retardant polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with a 33% glass fiber.
  • It offers excellent resistance to chlorine, acids, alkalis, fuels, oils (mineral/synthetic), alcohols, detergents, glycol, sour gas, biofuels, and hydrolysis, with low moisture absorption and strong dielectric properties.
  • It provides high ESCR (stress crack resistance), fatigue resistance, high hardness, stiffness, creep resistance, and good impact resistance, with dimensional stability and low CLTE.
  • It can withstand the demanding infrared reflow soldering process typically used in the electronics industry.
  • Amodel® HFFR-4133 NT also offers processing advantages like fast molding cycle, heat and thermal stability, good mold release, low warpage, hot water moldability, lubrication, laser weldability, and good adhesion.
  • It is suitable for processing by water-heated injection molding.
  • It provides enhanced processing capabilities for electrical and electronic applications like connectors requiring surface mount technology.
  • It has high flow and a wide processing window and offers good surface appearance, especially for larger electrical components.
  • It is also used in smartphone and personal computing applications.
  • Complies with RoHS, WEEE and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
