Amodel® FC-1120 L NT by Syensqo is 20% glass fiber reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) grade. This grade is impact-modified, lubricated, heat-stabilized, and laser-weldable. Exhibits chlorine-, sour gas-, good glycol-, bio-fuel-, fuel-, alkali-, acid-, alcohol-, detergent and creep resistance.
- Offers low moisture absorption, good dielectric properties, low CLTE, reduced warpage, strong adhesion, hot water moldability, easy mold release, and fast molding cycles.
- This combines with its excellent thermal properties, low water absorption and good hydrolytic stability.
- It also provides good fatigue-, impact-, mineral/synthetic oil- & high heat resistant, good processing-, dimensional- and thermal stability.
- It also offers high strength, stiffness, hardness and ESCR (Stress Crack Resistance).
- Amodel® FC-1120 L NT is suitable for processing by injection molding.
