MFE® 707A by Sino Polymer is a flame retardant, brominated bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin. Provides good toughness & excellent acid-, alkali-, bleach-, organic compound-, corrosion- and chemical resistance. Can be processed by filament winding, hand lay-up, spray-up, pultrusion and resin transfer molding. Suitable for handling mixtures of air and hot gases of potentially flammable liquids, building panels and flooring compounds where ignition-inhibiting properties are required. Recommended for FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) ductwork, stacks and stack liner applications. It was formerly known as MFE-7. Resists mechanical and chemical damage to enable use in various caustic environments such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide and alkaline hydrogen peroxide. MFE® 707A has a shelf life of 4 months at 25°C. Meets with ASTM E84 Flame Spread rating Class I (FSI=20). MFE® 770 by Sino Polymer is a flame retardant, brominated, novolac-based, epoxy vinyl ester resin. Possesses good mechanical properties at higher temperature and a standard catalyst system. Exhibits better heat-, high temperature-, solvent- and chemical resistance. Offers good wettability & processability, good retention of strength and toughness at elevated temperatures. Provides excellent resistance to acidic oxidizing environments. MFE® 770 is a second generation of MFE W1 (W2-1) and can be catalyzed with cumene hydroperoxide (CHP). Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, spray-up, infusion (RTM), filament winding and pultrusion. Designed for use in heavy duty industrial applications, FGD processes, industrial waste treatment facilities, mental pickling and solvent extraction process used in mining. It has a shelf life of 6 months at 25°C. MFE® 711 by Sino Polymer is an air drying, bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin formerly known as MFE-11. Possesses good mechanical properties, higher elongation and toughness. Exhibits good workability, shorter gel-to-cure interval, better wettability and reduced stress cracking. Offers good chemical-, acid-, alkali-, bleach- & solvent resistance and good processability. Suitable for processing by hand lay-up, spray-up, filament winding, compression & resin transfer molding and pultrusion. Designed for corrosion protection products like FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) equipments, storage tanks, vessels, ducts and on-site maintenance projects for chemical processing & pulp and paper operations. Also recommended for molded grating, anti-corrosion flooring, steel and concrete surface applications. MFE® 711 has a shelf life of 10 months at 25°C. Longer shelf life provides additional flexibility to fabricators in storage and handling. Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420. MFE® 765 by Sino Polymer is a low viscosity, modified epoxy vinyl ester resin. Exhibits good wet-out with carbon fiber. MFE® 765 conforms to ASTM E84 Flame Spread rating Class A on addition of 150-200 ATH. MFE® 722 by Sino Polymer is a corrosion resistant bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin. Possesses 20°C higher heat deflection temperature (HDT) than MFE® 702 and MFE® 711. It was formerly known as MFE-22. MFE® 722 is designed for pultrusion applications. Recommended for FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) tank, vessel, duct, molded grating and pipelines. MFE® 792 by Sino Polymer is a cost effective, polyurethane modified epoxy vinyl ester resin. Possesses high toughness. MFE® 792 is designed to produce filling pad used in no ballast slab track high speed railway applications. MFE® 751 by Sino Polymer is a bisphenol-A vinyl ester resin. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and higher toughness. Applicable for SMC, BMC and HSMC. MFE® 751 is recommended for sports & leisure, auto parts and anti-corrosion molding products. MFE® 760L by Sino Polymer is a water resistant vinyl ester resin. Exhibits good wet-out with fibers, excellent corrosion & heat resistance and medium viscosity. It is suitable for processing by pultrusion. MFE® 760L is designed for FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) products. MFE® 760 by Sino Polymer is a medium viscosity vinyl ester resin. Exhibits good wet-out with fibers, excellent corrosion and heat resistance. It is suitable for processing by pultrusion. MFE® 760 is designed for FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) products. MFE® 735 by Sino Polymer is a chemical resistant, bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin. Exhibits high elongation, good mechanical properties and low viscosity. MFE® 735 is designed for hand lay up, filament winding, spray-up and resin transfer molding (RTM) applications.
