MERICAN® 9406 by Sino Polymer is a waterproof, iso-type, unsaturated polyester resin. Possesses good mechanical strength and high tensile elongation. It can be cured using 1.5% Butanox M-50(AKZO Nobel) and 1.0% CoNap (0.8% Cobalt). Offers good oil-, heat- and temperature resistance. Suitable for processing by filament winding, pultrusion, spray-up and hand lay-up. Recommended for fishing boat, marine/yacht, life boat, glass fiber & carbon fiber reinforced plastic products, tanks and pipes. MERICAN® 9406 has a shelf life of 6 months at temperature <25°C. Conforms to Lloyd's approval and FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420. MERICAN® 960 by Sino Polymer is a highly reactive iso vinyl ester resin. MERICAN® 960 is designed to produce auto parts, water container and bathtub. MERICAN® 9709 by Sino Polymer is an orthophthalic-based unsaturated polyester resin. It can be cured using 1.5% Butanox M-50(AKZO Nobel) and 1.0% CoNap (0.8% Cobalt). Offers excellent mechanical properties and higher elongation. Shows good weather resistance when UV inhibitor is added. Suitable for processing by filament winding, pultrusion, spray-up and hand lay-up. Designed for tanks, pipes, fishing boat, marine/yacht, life boat, glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced plastic products. MERICAN® 9709 conforms to Lloyd's approval and FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420. It has a shelf life of 6 months at temperature <25°C. MERICAN® 962 by Sino Polymer is an ortho vinyl ester resin. MERICAN® 962 is designed to produce auto parts, electrical and construction applications.
