This product by Shanghai 3F New Material is designed for processing by paste extrusion. <b>3F® FR205A</b> is used in small rods, tubes, cable insulation and unsintered tapes at low to medium reduction ratios. <b>3F® FR101</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is a semi-transparent copolymer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). <b>3F® FR202A-2</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is a white fine powdered polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin. Exhibits excellent thermal stability, excellent chemical inertness, distinguished electrical properties and low friction coefficient. <b>3F® FR301H</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is designed for processing by impregnation. <b>3F® FR002A</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is a white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder with very low molecular weight and very small particle size (super-fine powder or wax). It is produced at the presence of a MW modulator and the liquid dispersion obtained is followed with coagulation, washing and drying. This product exhibits excellent thermal resistance, weather resistance, low-temperature resistance, low frictional coefficient, low adhesiveness, chemical inertness and electrical insulation properties. With very good dispersiveness in organic solvents (attributed to its very small particle size), <b>3F® FR002A</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material can be readily mixed homogeneously with other materials. It helps in reducing the friction coefficient of lubricant oils and greases and thereby extending the effective employability duration of the lubricant. Suitable for processing by blending. It is solely used as a dry lubricant and can also be used as a release agent. Suitable for processing by extrusion. <b>3F® FR902</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is widely applicable for chemical process equipment, electrical and electronic industry. Used in rods, sheets, films, pipes and wire insulation. <b>3F® FR903</b> by Shanghai 3F New Material is a versatile polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin. Exhibits good thermal resistance, outstanding chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, high abrasion resistance, excellent weathering resistance and toughness.
