3F® FR002A

3F® FR002A by Shanghai 3F New Material is a white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder with very low molecular weight and very small particle size (super-fine powder or wax). It is produced at the presence of a MW modulator and the liquid dispersion obtained is followed with coagulation, washing and drying. This product exhibits excellent thermal resistance, weather resistance, low-temperature resistance, low frictional coefficient, low adhesiveness, chemical inertness and electrical insulation properties. With very good dispersiveness in organic solvents (attributed to its very small particle size), 3F® FR002A by Shanghai 3F New Material can be readily mixed homogeneously with other materials. It helps in reducing the friction coefficient of lubricant oils and greases and thereby extending the effective employability duration of the lubricant. Suitable for processing by blending. It is solely used as a dry lubricant and can also be used as a release agent. Ideal dosage varies from 5% to 20%.
