3F® FR205A by Shanghai 3F New Material is a white fine powder of agglomerated particles of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin dispersion. This product has excellent thermal stability and high chemical inertness. It exhibits very good electrical properties and low frictional coefficient and can be blended with organic solvent. This product by Shanghai 3F New Material is designed for processing by paste extrusion. 3F® FR205A is used in small rods, tubes, cable insulation and unsintered tapes at low to medium reduction ratios.
