Safron® H500-25RG by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless, controlled rheology polypropylene homopolymer grade. Offers excellent processability at melt temperatures between 220 and 280°C. Is suitable for processing by fiber extrusion. Designed for production of fibers and filaments on long and short-spinning lines such as spunbond nonwovens, staple fibers, continuous filament (CF) and bulked continuous filament (BCF). Used in carpet face yarns, geotextiles, upholstery, filtration, protective clothing, agricultural materials, health and hygiene products. Safron® H106-02NSA by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless, highly nucleated polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It contains slip and antistatic additives. Exhibits fast cycle times, high stiffness, toughness and outstanding processability. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Used in carbonated closures, selected domestic and industrial applications. Safron® H106-02NSA by Safripol complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications. Safron® H504-12M by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless, polypropylene homopolymer grade. Exhibits fast cycle times, high rigidity and medium to high flow. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Designed for high tenacity yarns, bulk continuous filament (BCF) yarns and spinning of staple fiber in the range of 2-25 denier. Used in tufted carpets and needle punched floor coverings. Safron® H504-12M complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications. Safron® C142-01N by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless, nucleated polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer grade. Exhibits good compressive strength and exceptional toughness especially at low temperatures. Offers flexibility for easy stamping out of complex shapes. Designed for twin walled sheet-, solid sheet-, profile extrusion and injection molding of technical parts and thick wall applications. Safron® C142-01N complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications. Safron® C740-25RNA by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless, nucleated polypropylene impact copolymer grade. It contains an antistatic additive. Possesses high impact properties, controlled rheology, good dimensional stability and a narrow molecular mass distribution. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in thin walled containers, ice-cream containers, selected industrial and frozen food containers. Safron® C740-25RNA complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications. Safron® H511-03 by Safripol is a natural-colored, water-insoluble, odorless polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It has a great processing ability and little water carryover. It is intended for use in applications requiring water quenched blown film extrusion and monofilaments, such as slit tapes (for use in carpet primary backings, industrial fabrics, mats, and woven bags), tapes, and ropes & twines. Safron® H511-03 complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications. Designed for high speed extrusion and injection molding applications including slit tapes for woven bags, domestic ware, selected industrial applications, caps & closures.
