Advance™ 400

Advance™ 400 by Safripol is a natural-colored, water-insoluble, odorless polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. An antistatic ingredient is present. At room temperature, it displays regulated rheology, superb optical qualities, an increased yellowness index, and a good balance between stiffness and impact strength. It can be processed by injection molding. It is utilized in food containers, cosmetic containers, aerosol dust covers, and thin wall packaging.Advance™ 400 complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications.

iMPACT 100®

iMPACT 100® by Safripol is a black colored, odorless, bimodal high molecular mass, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It exhibits water insolubility, good impact strength, good abrasion-, chemical and UV resistance. It is suitable for processing by pipe extrusion. It is used in pipes for transportation of potable water, irrigation, effluent, slurry, gas mains and chemical waste. iMPACT 100® complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 for food contact applications, SANS 4427:2008/ ISO 4427:2007 for polyethylene pipes & fittings for water supply and SANS 4437:2008/ISO 4437:2007 for buried polyethylene pipes for the supply of gaseous fuels.

Advance™ 150

Advance™ 150 by Safripol is a natural colored, water insoluble, odorless polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. It contains an UV absorber for improved light stability. Exhibits good surface finish, high gloss and excellent contact clarity. Is suitable for processing by film & sheet extrusion, thermoforming and blow molding. Used in toiletry containers, petroleum jelly jars, bottles and film for retort applications. Advance™ 150 complies with EU regulation no. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c)3.2a for food contact applications.
