Polystone® M

by Rochling Engineered Plastics

Polystone® M by Rochling Engineered Plastics is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) grade. Is available in natural, black, green and special colors. Exhibits outstanding sliding properties and excellent performance capability when used at temperatures down to -200°C. Shows low coefficient of friction, high impact strength, no water absorption and self-lubricating properties. Provides high abrasion-, corrosion-, chemical-, stress crack-, dynamic stresses- and wear resistance. Polystone® M is suitable for processing by compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, skived sheets, round rods and profiles. Used in chemical engineering, general conveyor technology, chain & cam guidance, general mechanical engineering and food-, bearing-, bottling- and packaging industries. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.

Polystone® M AST black

Polystone® M AST black by Rochling Engineered Plastics is an anti-static, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) grade. Provides outstanding sliding properties, high impact strength, wear resistance and reduction in dust accumulation. It reduces electrostatic surface charge and hence, no electrostatic discharge occurs. Polystone® M AST black is suitable for processing by compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, skived sheets, round rods and profiles. Used in belt guides, sliding & conveying elements, mining, mechanical engineering and bearing-, packaging-, chemical-, electrical- & electronic industries. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.

Polystone® E natural

Polystone® E natural by Rochling Engineered Plastics is a soft, impact-proof and low-density polyethylene (PE-LD) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits high elongation at break, flexibility, high impact resistance, good chemical resistance and easy processing properties. Polystone® E natural is suitable for processing by extrusion and compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, extruded sheets, welding rods and coils. Used in medical & orthopaedic technology, sealing strips, vacuum forming techniques, bottling and food industry. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.

Polystone® G black B 100-RC

Polystone® G black B 100-RC by Rochling Engineered Plastics is a non-toxic, high density polyethylene (PE-HD/PE 100) grade. Exhibits excellent weldability, good chemical resistance, environmental stress crack resistance and processing properties. Polystone® P MG

Polystone® P MG by Rochling Engineered Plastics is an isotactic, highly heat-resistant and semi-finished polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Is available in black, blue, green, red, yellow, grey, brown, white, orange and pink colors. Exhibits very good chemical resistance, bio-compatibility and several times sterilizability by hot-steam at 134°C. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and compression molding. Designed for extruded rods and pressed sheets. Used in medical technology. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993 and UL 94 HB flame rating.

Polystone® PPs EL black

Polystone® PPs EL black by Rochling Engineering Plastics is an isotactic, flame retardant and anti-static polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) grade. Exhibits high heat-resistant and electrical conductivity. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, extruded sheets, round rods, square tubes, U profiles and welding rods. Polystone® PPs EL black is used in ventilation & ventilation system construction, pump components & fittings and electrical & electronic industries. Complies with UL V-0 HB flame rating and ATEX 95 (valid Europe-wide).

Polystone® M soft

Exhibits very balanced property profile, low moisture absorption, excellent sliding properties. Provides excellent scratch-, cut-, wear- and acid resistance. Due to anti-static property, electrostatic surface charge is reduced, dust is not attracted and no electrostatic discharge occurs. Polystone® D black AST is suitable for processing by compression molding and is designed for compression molded sheets. Used in electrical & electronic industries, conveyor technology, pump housings, mechanical engineering and lining & handling technology. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.

Polystone® D microbloc

Polystone® D microbloc by Rochling Engineered Plastics is a high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-HMW/PE 500) grade. Is a modified Polystone® D material with antimicrobial action against bacteria, viruses, molds, yeasts, fungi and algae, making it suitable for direct and repeated contact with food-stuffs. Shows consistency, sustained action, good chemical resistance, excellent sliding properties and high surface hardness. Provides excellent scratch-, cut- and acid resistance.
