Trovidur® ET is a flame retardant, un-plasticized and rigid polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits high transparency, low water absorption, good chemical resistance and excellent electrical insulation. Provides normal impact strength, printability and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Shows easy processing during welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® ET is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in mechanical engineering, advertising, displays, clean room & semi-conductor technology, safety equipment in machines and equipment manufacturing. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating, RoHS, ELV, WEEE and RLAP. Trovidur® ES is a flame retardant, un-plasticized and hard polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics, without fillers. Is available in grey 6705 and black 1938 colors. Exhibits surface smoothness, gloss, raised impact strength and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Shows excellent vacuum forming ability and easy processing by welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® ES is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in advertising industry, sandwich elements, deep-drawn parts, mechanical engineering and construction applications. Complies with DIN 4102 B1 fire class, RoHS, ELV, WEEE and RLAP. Trovidur® EN-F is a special fire-resistant and flame retardant polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits normal impact strength, excellent electrical insulation and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Shows easy processing by welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® EN-F is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in construction applications, clean room & semi-conductor technology and mechanical engineering. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Meets requirement for classification in fire classes B1 at 12 mm thickness and M1 at 6mm thickness. Trovidur® ES-FB is a flame retardant polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits raised impact strength, excellent dynamic bending behavior and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Shows easy processing during sewing, tacking, welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® ES-FB is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in mechanical engineering and manufacturing of expansion bellows. Complies with RoHS, ELV, WEEE and RLAP. Trovidur® W 1014 is a hot-formable, soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits weldability, excellent adherability and excellent electrical insulation properties. Provides increased chemical-, high impact- and high wear resistance. Trovidur® W 1014 is suitable for processing by extrusion and is designed for extruded sheets. Used in seals, packings, compensators, stamping pads, anvil pads, impact-protective walls in sand-blasting systems and splash-backs in paint shops. Trovidur® EN liner red is a form-stable polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits high chemical resistance, normal impact strength and excellent electrical insulation. Provides visually proper surface and high resistance to acids, lyes and salt solutions. Shows easy processing by welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® EN liner red is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in liner construction, tank building, ventilation manufacturing and chemical engineering. Complies with DIBt, DIN 4102 B1 fire class and UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Trovidur® W 2000 is a hot-formable, soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits weldability, excellent adherability, glueability and excellent electrical insulation properties. Provides toughness and increased chemical- & abrasion resistance. Trovidur® W 2000 is suitable for processing by extrusion and is designed for extruded sheets. Used in chemical engineering, tank building, environment & disposal technology, lining of steel and concrete containers of chemical & related industries. Trovidur® ESA-S is a polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Is available in white 1970 and blue 2905 colors. Exhibits raised impact strength, high cold impact resistance, high UV resistance and weather resistance. Shows easy processing during welding, thermoforming and bonding. Trovidur® ESA-S is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets and welding rods. Used in swimming pool construction, toys, leisure equipments and drinking & waste water technology. Contains swimming pool approval (KSW for indoor, outdoor and warm swimming pools). Complies with RoHS, ELV, WEEE and RLAP. Trovidur® PHT is a flame retardant, post-chlorinated polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits normal impact strength, uniform physical properties in all directions of sheet and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Shows problem-free processing during welding, thermoforming and bonding. Provides very high resistance to acids, lyes and salt solutions. Trovidur® PHT is suitable for processing by compression molding and designed for compression molded sheets. Used in chemical engineering, chemical tank building, clean room & semiconductor technology and ventilation & chemical container manufacturing. Trovidur® EC-N is a flame retardant, un-plasticized and hard polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics, containing a special surface treatment. Is available in grey 7011, TR 231, TR 6701 & TR 6702, red TR 250, orange TR 2003, green TR 6011, white 182, ivory TR 159 and black TR 712 colors. Exhibits outstanding glueability, weldability, adherability, high UV- & weather resistance (exhibited by white color grade) and self-extinguishing property even after removal of flame. Provides high resistance to acids, lyes and salt solutions. Trovidur® EC-N is suitable for processing by extrusion and designed for extruded sheets. Used in chemical engineering, tank building, ventilation manufacturing, electrical & electronic industries and sandwich applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating and DIN 4102 B1 fire class.
