Polystone® D black AST by Rochling Engineered Plastics is an anti-static high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-HMW/PE 500) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits very balanced property profile, low moisture absorption, excellent sliding properties. Provides excellent scratch-, cut-, wear- and acid resistance. Due to anti-static property, electrostatic surface charge is reduced, dust is not attracted and no electrostatic discharge occurs. Polystone® D black AST is suitable for processing by compression molding and is designed for compression molded sheets. Used in electrical & electronic industries, conveyor technology, pump housings, mechanical engineering and lining & handling technology. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
