DURAFIDE® PPS 1140HS6 by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a polyphylene sulphide (PPS) grade filled with 40% glass. Offers improved thermal shock resistance, flowability and can be easily recycled during post-consumer recycling (PCR) without sorting. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It minimizes residual strain during molding and homogenize linear expansion to mitigate internal stress.<br>

It exhibits high purity, high heat shock resistance, low gas generation, high toughness, excellent impact strength, exceptional thermal and electrical insulation properties. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides low ionic impurities (extracted components) and it can be tinted.</li> <li> It is designed for transformative electric vehicle segments including lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, module covers and busbars.</li> <li> DURAFIDE® PPS 6150T73 is suitable for processing by injection molding.</li></ul>
