DURAFIDE® PPS 1140HS6

DURAFIDE® PPS 1140HS6 by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a polyphylene sulphide (PPS) grade filled with 40% glass. Offers improved thermal shock resistance, flowability and can be easily recycled during post-consumer recycling (PCR) without sorting. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It minimizes residual strain during molding and homogenize linear expansion to mitigate internal stress.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It eliminates molding imperfections and enhances performance without the need for impact modifiers in xEVs busbar applications.</li> <li> DURAFIDE® PPS 1140HS6 is an ideal choice for molding both thin-wall and large products.</li></ul>

Armlen® PP MD 15-1FR

Armlen® PP MD 15-1FR by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on polypropylene filled with 15% mineral. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. It exhibits high mechanical- and electrical properties. This grade is resilient to mineral oils, alkali, acids and benzene fumes. Armlen® PP MD 15-1FR offers low-combustibility and self-attenuates after the ignition source is exterminated. It is designed for the manufacturing of various items and parts for construction, electrical tools, machine engineering, household appliances, transportation and camping equipment.

Armlen® PP GF 20-1EX

Armlen® PP GF 20-1EX by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on random-static polypropylene copolymer which is 20% glass fiber filled. It is available in natural, red, green, blue and grey colors. Armlen® PP GF 20-1EX is designed for the extrusion of mid-layer in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene pipes (hot and cold water supply system, central heating system, industrial systems; PPR/PPR+GF/PPR).
