Armlen® PP MD 15-1FR by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on polypropylene filled with 15% mineral. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. It exhibits high mechanical- and electrical properties. This grade is resilient to mineral oils, alkali, acids and benzene fumes. Armlen® PP MD 15-1FR offers low-combustibility and self-attenuates after the ignition source is exterminated. It is designed for the manufacturing of various items and parts for construction, electrical tools, machine engineering, household appliances, transportation and camping equipment. Armlen® PP GF 20-1EX by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on random-static polypropylene copolymer which is 20% glass fiber filled. It is available in natural, red, green, blue and grey colors. Armlen® PP GF 20-1EX is designed for the extrusion of mid-layer in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene pipes (hot and cold water supply system, central heating system, industrial systems; PPR/PPR+GF/PPR). Armlen® PP MD 40-4M by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on polypropylene, 40% mineral filled. It can be processed by injection molding. Armlen® PP MD 40-4M is designed for manufacturing of items and parts in wide range of industries like construction, electronics, automotive, machine engineering, aviation, fire safety equipment, household and transportation. This grade is even used for products exploited outdoor in natural light, precipitation and other weather conditions. Armlen® PP GF 20-1MEX by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on random-statocopolymer polypropylene reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It can be processed by extrusion. Armlen® PP GF 20-1MEX can be used in polypropylene pipes (three layers glass fiber reinforced). Armlen® PE-2AFX by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on polyethylene. It is an anti-friction, extrusion grade. Armlen® PE-2AFX is designed for production of inner surface materials of polyethylene pipes. Armlen® PP GF 50-6HS by R&P POLYPLASTIC is 50% chemically coupled glass fiber filled polypropylene. It exhibits heat stability. The processing melt and mold temperature are 245°C and 60°C respectively. Whereas, the drying temperature and time are 85°C and 1-2 hr respectively. Armlen® PP GF 50-6HS is designed for structural part application. Armlen® PP GF 20-2LS by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on light-stabilized polypropylene, reinforced with 20% glass fiber. This grade exhibits high mechanical-, thermophysical- and dielectric properties. Armlen® PP GF 20-2LS possesses resilience to hot and cold water, non-polar solvents, rigid environments (kerosene, gasoline, benzene etc.) and alkali & acids. It displays improved impact strength, heat- & cold resistance and good appearance. This grade is designed for injection molding of items and parts for a wide range of industries like construction, electronics, auto industry, machine engineering, aviation, fire safety equipment, household and transportation. Armlen® PP MF 30-3TS by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite material based on thermostabilized polypropylene reinforced with 30% mineral. It can be processed by injection molding. Armlen® PP MF 30-3TS is designed for molding of various parts and items for technical and household appliances. Armlen® PP GF 30-2HS by Polyplastic is a composite material based on thermostabilized polypropylene reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits high mechanical and thermal properties. This grade can be applied as a substitution for metals, thermosetting polymers and other thermoplastics (polyamides, polyester, ABS plastics) in technical products and specialty electronic goods. It is available in various colors like natural, blue and black. Armlen® PP GF 30-2HS is a food and beverage compliant. It is designed for injection molding. Armlen® PP MD 40-3M by R&P POLYPLASTIC is a composite polypropylene (PP) grade filled with 40% mineral. Exhibits high resilience to impact loads even at negative temperatures (up to -30°C) and good dimensional stability. The processing melt and mold temperature are 235°C and 60°C respectively. Armlen® PP MD 40-3M is food and beverage compliant.
