Optimax® 835-PE by Novachem is an ultra-clear, heat cured, two-component epoxy grade. Exhibits high impact, high clarity, and excellent bond strength to wide range of substrates. It works at 65°C for 3 hours. It can be used for bonding glass, metals, woods and some plastics. Optimax® 835-PE is designed for electronic, optical, medical, general potting applications and castings of small electrical components. Optimax® 8154 by Novachem is a low viscosity, two-component epoxy resin. Exhibits high glass transition temperature, and excellent solvent-, chemical-, moisture- and temperature resistance at 300°C including gamma rays, autoclave & ethylene oxide. It works at 120°C for 30 minutes. Optimax® 8154 can be used for potting, encapsulating or bonding. Designed for the use in medical, fiber optic and semiconductor applications including capillary under fill or flip chip die attach. Optimax® 8046-LV by Novachem is a UV-curable epoxy grade. Exhibit self levelling characteristics, medium working time for 20 - 30 minutes, superior chemical- and environmental resistance. Suitable for low viscosity formulations for intricate and complex components. Optimax® 830-PE is used for potting, encapsulating electronic components, switches, connectors, plugs, electronic components, solar panel assemblies and ballasts. Optimax® 815-PE by Novachem is a high performance epoxy resin. Exhibit self levelling characteristics, short working time for 3 - 5 minutes, superior chemical- and environmental resistance. Optimax® 8517 by Novachem is a heat cured, epoxy-urethane hybrid grade. It works at 65°C for 2 hours. Exhibits resistance to chemicals and it can withstand prolonged immersion in water. Provides robust resistance to impact across a wide temperature range. It can be cured at room temperature or with heat for rapid processing. Optimax® 8517 is designed to be used as an encapsulant for small electronic devices. Optimax® 855-PE by Novachem is an epoxy resin. Exhibit self levelling characteristics, working time for 60 - 80 minutes and good electrical properties. Optimax® 855-PE is suitable for a wide range of potting, protection, coating and encapsulation applications. Optimax® 894-PE by Novachem is an epoxy resin. Exhibit self levelling characteristics, working time for 60 - 70 minutes and superior chemical resistance. Optimax® 894-PE is used for long open time potting and encapsulation applications.
