Optimax® 835-PE by Novachem is an ultra-clear, heat cured, two-component epoxy grade. Exhibits high impact, high clarity, and excellent bond strength to wide range of substrates. It works at 65°C for 3 hours. It can be used for bonding glass, metals, woods and some plastics. Optimax® 835-PE is designed for electronic, optical, medical, general potting applications and castings of small electrical components.
Optimax® 8154 by Novachem is a low viscosity, two-component epoxy resin. Exhibits high glass transition temperature, and excellent solvent-, chemical-, moisture- and temperature resistance at 300°C including gamma rays, autoclave & ethylene oxide. It works at 120°C for 30 minutes. Optimax® 8154 can be used for potting, encapsulating or bonding. Designed for the use in medical, fiber optic and semiconductor applications including capillary under fill or flip chip die attach.
Optimax® 8046-LV by Novachem is a UV-curable epoxy grade. Exhibits fast curing, low viscosity, high cohesive strength and excellent adhesion. On curing, it offers rigidity, excellent environment-, water- and chemical resistance. Designed for bonding a wide variety of substrates including engineering plastics, glass, acrylic and ceramics. Optimax® 8046 bonds in seconds under UV-light and provides tough impact resistant adhesion to both flexible and rigid substrates. It can be used in rubber, small potting and laminating applications. Suitable for electronic manufacturing applications.
