It offers high print clarity with optimal transparency, minimal stringing and excellent bridging length, even at high printing speeds. It is pure, clean and free of additives.

It is sustainable, derived from renewable resources and reduces carbon footprint.

It provides exceptional speed, precision, and surface quality, enabling efficient production without compromising detail or durability.

It is cost efficient that significantly reduces print times and need for additional compounding, effectively lowering operational costs.

It can be directly printed using fused granulate fabrication (FGF) or can also be first converted to filaments for use in fused filament fabrication (FFF) systems.

It is suitable for processing by extrusion.

It is TSCA, DSL, ENCS (Japan), AICIS, KCL, TCSI listed and REACH compliant.

Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3D700 by Natureworks is polylactic acid (PLA) for large-format additive manufacturing. It provides a significant reduction in warping and minimizes print failure. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is used in large-format 3D printers (e.g.- medium to big-area machines), to minimize excess material shrinkage. It can be directly printed using fused granulate fabrication (FGF) systems, or can also be first converted to the filament, for use in fused filament fabrication (FFF) platforms. Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3D700 is amenable to formulating with additives (e.g. process aids, reinforcing-agents, impact modifiers), to customize performance for specific end-use applications. Ingeo® Biopolymer 6204D by NatureWorks is a polylactic acid (PLA). It is a thermoplastic fiber-grade resin derived primarily from annually renewable resources. It is designed for extrusion into mechanically drawn staple fibers or continuous filament, using conventional fiber spinning and drawing equipment. It is typically well suited for fiber processes where lower fiber shrinkage is desired: partially orientated yarn (POY), fully drawn yarn (FDY), staple fibers, and continuous filament. Ingeo® Biopolymer 6204D can be converted into a broad range of fiber products. Potential applications include woven & knitted 100% continuous filament apparel, intimate staple blend fabrics including blends with cotton, wool, other fibers, woven and knitted fabrics, netting for civil engineering applications as well as home furnishings. Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3801X by NatureWorks is a polylactic acid (PLA). It is a thermoplastic resin derived from annually renewable resources. It is designed for injection molding applications that require high heat and high impact performance. Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3801X has more rapid crystallization kinetics than other Ingeo resin grades currently in the market place. The rapid crystallization rate allows for the molding of crystalline parts at competitive cycle times with high heat distortion temperatures. Ingeo™ Biopolymer 3052D by NatureWorks is a biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA). It is designed for injection molding applications where the requirements are clarity with heat deflection temperatures lower than 49°C.
