Cellulose Acetate Butyrate ( CAB ) by Goodfellow is an amorphous, transparent thermoplastic similar to cellulose acetate but more expensive and tougher with better weathering resistance as well as lower moisture absorption.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers good ultra-violet resistance.</li><li>The light control sheets can be thought of as miniature venetian blinds encapsulated between plain CAB films.</li>
