ECOGEHR® PA 6.10 by GEHRis a polyamide 6-10 (PA 6-10) grade obtained from the oil of the castor seed. It exhibits low water absorption, high dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by compounding and extrusion method. ECOGEHR® PA 6.10 is used in gear wheels and runners. ECOGEHR® PLA-L by GEHR is a blend of polylactic acid, some lignine, fatty acid and wax. It is obtained from the renewable resources sugar/starch. Possesses good mechanical properties similar to ABS, high stiffness and a modulus of elasticity up to 2770 MPa. Has good impact strength, also at low temperatures to -30°C, good chemical resistance against polar substances. It is physiologically indifferent and also has good thermal insulation. ECOGEHR® WPC-30PP by GEHR is a polypropylene (PP) grade by GEHR, reinforced with 70% wood fiber. It exhibits good mechanical strength, waterproofing and anti-bacterial properties. ECOGEHR® WPC-30PP is suitable for processing by compounding and extrusion. It is used in display designing, costume jewellery, writing instruments, park benches and playground equipments.
