Grivory® HT3Z LF Black 9564 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a palatable, impact resistant, PTFE modified polyphthalamide (PPA) grade based on semi crystalline partially aromatic co-polyamide. Is produced by monomers obtained through chemical processes from the renewable raw material castor oil. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) modification reduces the sliding friction after a short initial phase. Exhibits low moisture absorption, high stiffness, high heat distortion temperature, hydrolysis-, heat- and alcohol resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Grivory® HT3Z LF Black 9564 is used in automotive applications like air intake-, compressed air-, hydraulic- and fuel systems, cooling and climate control, interior, powertrain and chassis, electrical appliances, in housewares & consumer good applications like hydraulics & pneumatics, power transmission and engineering tools. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE. Grivory® GVX-5H Black 9915 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a water-insoluble, nearly odorless engineering thermoplastic material based on a combination of semicrystalline polyamide with partially aromatic copolyamide reinforced with 50% long glass fibers. Exhibits improved flowability & demolding, high stiffness & strength, high dimensional stability, very low warpage, good chemical resistance and very good surface finish. It is the economical alternative to die-cast alloys. Suitable for technical parts. Applications of Grivory® GVX-5H Black 9915 include automotive (air intake systems, compressed air systems, cooling & climate control, fuel systems and exterior) and electrical/ electronics (electrical appliances, electrical equipment, connectors, energy distribution, lighting, mobile phones and other portable devices) and industry & consumer goods (housewares, hydraulics & pneumatics, mechanical engineering, power transmission, sanitary, water & gas supply, sports & leisure and tools & accessories. Grivory® GV-5 FWA Black 9225 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a nearly odorless, water-insoluble, heat stabilized thermoplastic material based on a combination of semicrystalline polyamide with partially aromatic copolyamide reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It is present as natural granules. Exhibits high stiffness & strength, dimensional stability, low warpage, good chemical resistance and good surface finish. It can be processed using injection molding and is an economical alternative to die-cast alloys. Particularly suitable for parts in direct contact with drinking water and food. Applications include consumer & industry goods including houseware, hydraulics & pneumatics, mechanical engineering, power transmission, sanitary and water & gas supply. According to FDA (21 CFR 177.1500 and corresponding paragraphs covering the additives) Grivory GV "FWA" grades are approved for direct contact with nonalcoholic foodstuffs. Grivory® GV-5 FWA Black 9225 complies with water contact regulations (NSF 61, KTW, WRAS and ACS). Grivory® HT2V-3H by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is based on a semi-crystalline, partially aromatic co-polyamide. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.<br>

It offers good hydrolysis-, heat- and alcohol resistance. It exhibits high hardness, good crystallinity and high heat distortion temperature even after moisture absorption. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) modification reduces the sliding friction after a short initial phase. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
