Grilamid® LV-23H by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized polyamide 12 (PA-12) grade reinforced with 23% glass fiber. It exhibits low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability. Provides resistance towards UV, hydrolysis, heat and chemicals. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Grilamid® LV-23H is suitable for electrical equipment, electronics, automotive, mechanical engineering and domestic appliances. Grilamid® LBV-50H FWA Black 9225 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized polyamide 12 (PA-12) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It exhibits high toughness, high stiffness, high elongation and low water absorption. Can be easily processed and especially suitable for thin or very thick walled moldings. Provides resistance towards UV, chemicals and hydrolysis. Suitable for contact with drinking water up to 85°C as well as foodstuff. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in domestic appliances and household goods, robust valves and fittings for water and gas supply, taps, fittings, meters, pumps in sanitary equipment, and components in the food processing industry. Grilamid® LBV-50H FWA Black 9225 complies with WEEE, RoHS, FDA, EU requirements, NSF 61, KTW, WRAS, ACS, DVGW W270 and REACH. Grilamid® L 25 W 20 X by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a semi-flexible, plasticized, high viscosity polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade. Is formed by the polymerisation of laurolactam (lactam 12, obtained from the basic raw material butadiene), a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. Is an impact modified, heat and UV stabilized grade. Exhibits low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis, heat and weathering. Possesses lowest density among all polyamides, low weight, exceptional impact strength at low temperatures and easy processability. Grilamid® L 25 W 20 X is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in automotive compressed air-, hydraulic- and fuel systems, cables & semi-flexible tubes and in hydraulics & pneumatics. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE. Grilamid® 2D 25 W 20 X BLACK 9992 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a plasticized, semi-flexible, light stabilized and impact modified polyamide 612 (PA-612) grade, created through poly-condensation of hexamethylene diamine and dodecanedioic acid. It exhibits high strength, low density, low water absorption compared to standard polyamides and can be easily processed. Provides resistance towards UV, heat, chemicals and hydrolysis. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Grilamid® 2D 25 W 20 X BLACK 9992 is used in automotive applications like fuel, diesel, air brake, oil, cooling fluid or hydraulic tubes in passenger cars and trucks. It complies with WEEE, RoHS and REACH. Grilamid® L 16 Natural by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a nucleated, low viscosity, heat and UV stabilized polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade. Is formed by the polymerisation of laurolactam (lactam 12, obtained from the basic raw material butadiene), a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. The modification with a crystallization regulator causes a quickly freeze and a fine, crystalline structure. Exhibits low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis, heat and weathering. Possesses lowest density among all polyamides, high impact strength down to -40°C and easy processability. Shows good flowability and de-molding. Grilamid® L 16 Natural is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in electrical equipment, connectors, housewares & consumer good applications like hydraulics & pneumatics, in engineering tools and sports & leisure. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE. Grilamid® LCL-3 H anthracite by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized, anti-static, electrically conductive polyamide 12 (PA-12) grade reinforced with 30% long carbon fiber. Shows high stiffness, high strength, very low density and low creep. It provides excellent resistance towards UV, high heat distortion temperatures, very low moisture absorption, very good dimensional stability and little warpage, low wear and coefficient of friction and notched impact resistance also at low temperatures. Grilamid® XE 3997 Natural by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a transparent, low density thermoplastic polyamide based on aliphatic and cycloaliphatic blocks. It exhibits a light and natural color, toughness, stiffness and a comfortable surface feel. Especially suitable for blow molded bottles, IBM and ISBM processes and can be used as an alternative to bisphenol A(BPA). Suitable for processing by Extrusion - blow molding, Other Extrusion, Injection (stretch) blow molding. Possesses good impact resistance, very high flexural fatigue strength, high stiffness, good toughness even at low temperatures and good dimensional stability. Provides very low distortion, minor sink mark tendency, low flash tendency, good chemical resistance. Offers low moisture absorption, low water absorption compared to standard polyamides, high heat distortion temperature and easy processability with good melt flow. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive applications like cooling and climate control, powertrain and chassis, electrical appliances and equipment, housewares, heating systems, hydraulics & pneumatics, mobile phones and other portable devices, engineering tools, power transmission and medical devices. It is also used in telecommunications and construction. Grilamid® TRVX-50X9 Natural complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE. Grilamid® LV-65H FWA Natural by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized polyamide 12 (PA-12) grade reinforced with 65% glass fiber. It exhibits good toughness, high stiffness, high elongation and very low water absorption. It can be easily processed and especially suitable for thick walled moldings. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in household applications like heating systems, sanitary, components in food processing industry and in water and gas supply.
