Exhibits good processability, mechanical properties, good impact strength, toughness, durability and good flowability. Provides excellent surface quality, high gloss finish and hydrolytic stability at elevated temperatures. Offers chemical resistance, gamma radiation and ethylene oxide sterilisation. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for medical applications such as respiratory devices, auto injection devices and medical housing. ELIX ABS M203FC by ELIX Polymers is registered with DMF Type III and complies with USP Class VI, REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, regulation (EU) No 453/2010), RoHS 2011/65/EU, European Pharmacopoeia 7th edition Chapter 3.2.2, Japan 16th edition G7, BfR and FDA 21 CFR. ELIX ABS P2MC by ELIX Polymers is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene [ABS] grade. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, good stiffness, high impact strength and flowability. Possesses low emission and low shrinkage. Provides good stability even with high humidity conditions and good paintability. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for electroplating applications. Used in hand showers & faucets, cosmetic compacts, decorative interior parts, logos, profiles, radiator grille and tailgate handles. ELIX ABS P2MC by ELIX Polymers complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and Regulation (EU) No 453/2010). ELIX ULTRA HH 4115 PG by ELIX Polymers is a white to slightly yellowish, very high heat resistance ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer grade modified with polycarbonate and poly (styrene-co-maleimide). It exhibits extreme impact resistance with low temperature ductility, very high impact up to -30°C, well balanced flowability, heat resistance & flexibility. It offers low emission, lower mold deposits in injection molding processing applications, good dimensional precision, low shrinkage & CLTE and lower density than PC/ABS. ELIX ULTRA HH 4115 PG can be processed using injection molding. It is recommended for electroplating, decorative interior parts and radiator grille. ELIX PC/ABS 5120 by ELIX Polymers is an UV stabilized acrylonitrile butadiene styrene + polycarbonate [ABS + PC] grade. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, high impact strength and flowability. Possesses low emission and low shrinkage. Provides good stability even with high humidity conditions, excellent processability and good paintability. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in radiator grille, pillars, instrument panel parts, seating parts, center console trim,
door components, small household, electrical switches, distribution boards and power sets. ELIX PC/ABS 5120 complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and Regulation (EU) No 453/2010). ELIX ABS M305 by ELIX Polymers is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene [ABS] grade. Exhibits excellent dimensional accuracy and dynamic loading capacity. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for manufacturing of smart cards. ELIX ABS M305 complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and Regulation (EU) No 453/2010 (REACH). ELIX PC/ABS 5130 by ELIX Polymers is an UV stabilized blend of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polycarbonate [ABS + PC] grade. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, good stiffness, high impact strength and flowability. Possesses low emission and low shrinkage. Provides good stability even with high humidity conditions and good paintability. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in rear light housing, pillars, instrument panel parts, coffee machine, electrical switches, distribution boards and power sets. ELIX PC/ABS 5130 complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and Regulation (EU) No 453/2010). ELIX ABS E-LOOP M220 CR100 by ELIX Polymers is acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) grade. It helps to reduce the carbon dioxide footprint by promoting circular feedstocks, which have lower greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions than conventional materials. It exhibits good flow characteristic and is designed for self-coloring.<br>
