ELIX ABS M203FC by ELIX Polymers is a biocompatible acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits good processability, mechanical properties, good impact strength, toughness, durability and good flowability. Provides excellent surface quality, high gloss finish and hydrolytic stability at elevated temperatures. Offers chemical resistance, gamma radiation and ethylene oxide sterilisation. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for medical applications such as respiratory devices, auto injection devices and medical housing. ELIX ABS M203FC by ELIX Polymers is registered with DMF Type III and complies with USP Class VI, REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, regulation (EU) No 453/2010), RoHS 2011/65/EU, European Pharmacopoeia 7th edition Chapter 3.2.2, Japan 16th edition G7, BfR and FDA 21 CFR.
