VORAFORCE™ TP 1260/TP 1200/TM 3500 by Dow Chemical is a low viscosity, lightweight, strong, durable polyurethane resin. Possesses superior mechanical and thermal properties. Exhibits excellent processability, high pultrusion speed and toughness. Offers efficient fiber wet-out, excellent handling characteristics and good corrosion resistance. It is expandable for lower densities. Formulated for glass and carbon fiber reinforcements. Suitable for processing by pultrusion. VORAFORCE™ 6300 by Dow Chemical is a low viscosity, non-toxic, ultra fast cure epoxy composite resin. It reduces filling pressure, weight and clamp force. Exhibits internal mold release, short infusion times, excellent flow and excellent fiber wetting. Provides excellent mechanical properties, good moisture & chemical resistance and high glass-transition temperatures. Offers <60 seconds molding cycle time, good stability and durability. Can be processed by high-pressure resin transfer molding (RTM) or wet compression molding. VORAFORCE™ 6300 is designed for carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced composite parts.
