VORAFORCE™ 5300 by Dow Chemical is a non-toxic, low viscosity, ultra fast cure epoxy composite resin. Exhibits excellent flow, internal mold release, short infusion times and excellent fiber wetting. It reduces filling pressure, weight and clamp force. Offers <60 seconds molding cycle time, good stability and durability. Provides excellent mechanical properties, good moisture & chemical resistance and high glass-transition temperatures. Can be processed by high-pressure resin transfer molding (RTM) or wet compression molding. VORAFORCE™ 5300 is formulated to prevent undesirable corrosion of processing equipment. Suitable for high volume part production from a single press. Designed for carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced composite parts. Complies with REACH 2015 regulation.
